Purchase Order Software License
The
Single-User License with unlimited departments allows you to create
purchase orders on behalf of any number of internal departments,
subsidiary companies or client organizations with a different heading
and logo for each.
Important:
If you have previously installed a trial version and have entered data
that you wish to keep, DO NOT uninstall the trial version. When you
purchase a license, we will email a registration code that converts
the trial version to a permanent, licensed version. You don't even
need to download again.
If a trial version is currently
installed, just run the installation from the CD. DO NOT uninstall the
trial. The CD will update the executable files if the version on the
CD is more recent than the installed trial. The installation program
WILL NOT delete or overwrite your data.
The
Network License with unlimited companies allows use on a network with up
to 15 workstations.
If a trial version is currently
installed, we will send instructions on how to move your trial
database tables from a local machine or laptop to the network server.
Do you have Vendor or Product data in
Excel, or another data format that can be exported into Excel? If you
have any issues using the OrderGen import utility, we will import your
data into the program for you at no additional cost. This offer is for permanent license holders only.

Several visitors want to try OrderGen
before buying a full license. We charge a fee for the trial to maintain
the server and the software that manages the Instant Download process.
The Trial fee can be refunded to you when you purchase a
permanent license. We will subtract the trial fee from the full license
fee if a permanent licensed is purchased within 30 days of purchasing
the trial.
This is a complete version of the
software. No features are disabled -- except that it expires 120 days
after installation. To reactivate an expired version, just purchase a
single-user or network license.
In
four months, you can become an expert with
OrderGen and generate many purchase orders in the
process. Our 120 Day Trial allows you to get a
complete understanding of the software, to input your
data, and to create as many purchase orders as
you need to send.
The
120 Day Trial requires users to have an active
Internet connection when the software is opened.
Otherwise, there are no usage restrictions or
watermarks on the purchase orders.
You can continue to use all the data that has been
entered in trial mode when your company purchases a
permanent single-user or network license.
